Captain Frank "Wet Socks" Baru for CS 1.6

We post the agent model, which was ported from CS:GO and adapted for CS 1.6. The character himself comes from the SEAL Combat Swimmers, and is named Captain Frank "Wet Socks" Baru. His main feature is that he is dressed in a diving suit. The commando skin is made in HD quality, plus there is a light version in the archive for higher FPS (with a reduced number of polygons).
