[CS:GO + CS:S] M4A1 with CS:GO anims and hands

This is the usual M4A1 from CS:GO, only the M4A1 itself has been replaced with a model from CS:S.
Reported from CS 1.6.

Version: v89 (v34 not tested)

Bugs:
- No flash without silencer (didn't find a way to add it)
- A small bug with the silencer removal animation
- Inspection animation is played only with bots, and then only with a silencer

Speaking of animations, silencer removal and installation animations like in CS:CO.

Also, the animations are synchronized in timing with the original from CS:S.

The original was somewhere on gamebanana.com, but I could not find it and can no longer provide a link (in the CS 1.6 section).
