This model consists of a .vpk file, for those who don't know how to install a .vpk file, see the instructions below.
Instructions: The file is in the "VPK" format, you should just drop it into the folder:
"...Counter-Strike Sourcecstrikecustom"
If it still doesn't work, then you already have there is this type of file outside of the VPK file and should be removed prematurely.
