4:3 Black Bars Resolution Gaming pack v91++

If you are tired of old assemblies, then here's a new one for you. I decided to roll out a small pack for those who play in 4:3 resolution with black frames (I play in this myself). A convenient position (viewmodel) has been adjusted in the package. P.S. : Pak works only together with all files, separately there will be no correct work (!).
