Scout blood in water for css can now be downloaded from our website. You can put this weapon model on your counter strike source absolutely free of charge, unlike cs go players who need to pay about $100. The skin is part of the collection"Arms Deal 2".
The archive has scout for css v84 and for v34 (bug with black and pink sight fixed).

Your game might be running in low graphics mode. Open the console (~) and type:
mat_dxlevel 95
Press Enter. This forces High Quality textures rendering.
