SSG08 Dragon Flame for CS:Source v34-v89

I will replenish smash-cs with another skin from Glove Case, whose name is SSG08 Dragonfire. The rifle is painted with a fabulous dragon spewing a massive fiery stream. This is the first ssg08 model from cs go for css, which is qualitatively adapted to all versions of the game (yes, it works on v34 without bugs!).
