[CS:GO + CS:S] USP-S on CS:GO animations

Well, there is not much to say here, the standard USP-S model on CS:GO animations.
Here, unlike M4A1, there is a choice of hands: standard and from CS:GO.
Reported from CS 1.6.
Sounds are standard.

Bugs:
- A small bug with a glove on the hands from CS:GO when reloading
- The reload animation itself takes about the same time as in CS:GO, although in CS :S it lasts longer (if you slow it down to the right timing, it looks strange in my opinion)
- The flash from the shot is not in the place of the barrel
