cs_motel map from CS:GO for CSS

cs_motel is a hostage rescue map from CS:GO that has been adapted for CS: Source. The location first appeared during Operations Phoenix and Payback. The map includes a motel assault and close-range combat, which is well suited for both Deathmatch and Public modes.

Only works on latest CSS versions.
