de_dust2_b_only for css

In most cases, map authors prefer to remove point b and temko from the usual de_dust2 map. But the creator of this map decided to stand out from the crowd, and made a unique development -de_dust2_b_only for css.
Thus, on this map you can more seriously work out the capture and defense of bombsite B.
This map is well optimized, suitable for installation on a server, and also works on v34-88.
