Map de_lake_beta1 from CS GO for CSS v91

Meet a good port of the map de_lake from the CS:GO game for CS:S v89. Now this map is used in cs go to conduct battles in the "arms race" mode, although it was originally developed for a normal bomb scenario.
The fighting on the Lake takes place near a large house, which is located by the lake. It is worth noting an interesting fact that the presented map was designed based on some locations from the game Left 4 Dead 2.
