Banihop script for css

I add a jump to the site, or, in another way, BaniHop. THIS BUNYHOP WORKS ON V84-86!
How to install banyhop:
1. We drop the ost_bhop_css.cfg file into the cfg folder in the cs files
2. Then we go to the cs and in the console we write exec ost_bhop_css.cfg, and press F1, done!
