Clean server for CSS V34 from Runner

1 server for playing with bots or for some frag movies.
How to start:
1.Download the archive to your downloads, then unzip this archive to any place convenient for you.
2. Start the server first start.bat then the game otherwise if you start the game first then the server and connect to it you may get an error Steam verification denied.
3. Write your steam id in admins_simple so that the admin panel and other plugins work.
4. Friends will not be able to enter your server. The server is designed to play with bots or feel like an administrator of your server.
