de_shortnuke_v4 for CS:S v34+

Hello again! Here is a fix of my previous version of the map called de_shortnuke_hvh! This map is almost a copy of the map from CS:GO (damn it, I don't know how to make doors :)), I did the transfer myself, made in the style of the Nuke card from the original CS:S.
Here I fixed the wallbeng with a respawn ct in the film / doors / windows. Added spawn points for the 5x5 / 6x6 game.
The map was created to play on HvH, for yourself, but you can also use it for all sorts of mixes, matchmaking, etc. Thanks to the community that pointed out the mistakes to me.
