Overlays - the_voodoo

Everything is already set up in the archive.
To install, simply upload the contents of the archive to the root of the server via FTP, set up fast file upload and restart the server.
Don't forget to write in cfg/sourcemod/sourcemod.cfg:

The archive still contains a plugin that removes the standard messages about the victory of teams.
