Everything is already set up in the archive.
To install, simply upload the contents of the archive to the root of the server via FTP, set up fast file upload and restart the server.
Don't forget to also write in cfg/sourcemod/sourcemod.cfg:

sm_roundend_overlay_t "oldfreelance/round/WinT"
sm_roundend_overlay_ct "oldfreelance/round/WinCT"

It will look much better on the server.
Didn't test it ourselves as there is no test server, but it should work if installed correctly.

The archive still contains a plugin that removes the standard messages about the victory of teams.
