Commands - sm_res - Opens the main menu.

Installation
-------------
Install the plugin on the server.
Enter the names of the playlist files into the playlists variable in the addons/sourcemod/configs/res/settings.ini file with a ';'.
For each playlist, create an ".ini" file in the path "addons/sourcemod/configs/res/".
In the first line in the file, specify the name of the playlist in the menu.

Then specify the paths to the files without the sound folder (you can specify the paths to both files and folders that contain files and folders that also have folders that contain files.
If you need to use only 1 playlist, then create only 1 playlist.
