Desert Eagle Mark XIX for CSS v92+

Port of the model from Call Of Duty for CSS V92.
Replaces the default boring deagle with a cool manual howitzer with the juiciest sounds, and of course everyone's favorite inspection. It has a pleasant metallic sheen in the sun, which will not loom when playing.
