M4A1 X-Forge for CS:Source

I found on the Internet a pack of cool textures for the m4a1-s rifle from cs go for css. The original texture name is X-Forge. There are five of them - see the screenshots for reference. How to activate the inspection animation?

• If you are playing on a local network (with bots) - you do not need to press anything - the animation will turn on automatically.
• When playing on servers, you must press and hold the R key for a few seconds. The animation will start if you have a full magazine and a silencer is attached to the rifle.
