Map de_cache from CS:GO for CSS v34-91+ (2020)

I present to you the updated de_cache map from CS:GO for Counter Strike Source! In this version, the author focused on how much the territory of Chernobyl became wild, since the whole location was very overgrown. In general, the changes affected the balance adjustment, in order to reduce the dominance of the terrorist team. As for the port of this card in css, it is done well. Cache is very light on PC resources, and also lightweight, which will allow server owners to easily install it for themselves. I note that the current version is not final, and updates are possible.
